HI! I'm EhrynSka! (Erin Coen in non-artistic circles.) --Just call me Bob.

I'm a 36 year old dreamer who prides herself on taking the impossible and make it probable. I deeply believe in following your dreams, big or small through to the end. Working hard and continuing to hustle is engrained into the very fabric of my soul.

I try to find humor in everything I do, expect a good sarcastic retort to always come out of my mouth and your cheeks to ache from laughing at my jokes.

I'm an active member of the DIY punk community, living within it for nearly 20 years and fully encompassing its values of inclusivity, activism and true "Do It Yourself" culture. --I have built my entire design and writing careers around these values and I am proud to say I've never faltered from striving to bring light, positivity and uniqueness to the world that might not understand the community I love so much.

Between 2016-2018 I wrote, directed, starred in and produced my own web-series called "Collective Failures. It was a "Mockumentary" style show mixed with a more traditional "cinematic" tv show based off of the DIY Punk Community in Chicago. Everything from the props to the extras were all done DIY with help from the Punk and Improv communities. It was a deeply humbling and fun experience as I discovered who I was as a film maker, writer and actor. You can watch the first two seasons HERE!

While living in Chicago I was an active member of the Improv community performing with my improv troupe "The Potato Farmers". In Los Angeles, I am a regular at Second City and Groundlings performing when I can. I am more focused on solo acts, reciting a books worth of comedic essays about my insane life.

Currently, I am a pre-WGA television writer open and looking for work on a show. I specialize in comedy and historical fiction dramas. I have a brimming portfolio of spec-scripts and original content. (Please contact for my packet.)

I am currently also working on a YA novel about marching band, punk rock and revolution. The first draft is slated to be done by spring of 2021 and am currently open for representation. Please email me if you're interested in learning more!

Illustration and just drawing in general has been a huge part of my life since I was a kid. I have an Associates Degree in Graphic Design and am open for commissions. I have a specific style that has helped my art stand out from the masses. I pride myself on always pushing the boundaries of design and excited to collaborate with clients to make their design dreams come true. Email me! Let's work together!

I currently reside in Los Angeles and spend most days working on scripts, making sweet illustrations and hanging out with my Boston Terriers, Digit and Data! Pre-pandemic you'd find me at least four times a month at Disneyland hanging out with Mickey Mouse, but uh...right now....we hang out virtually. I don't leave my house a lot.

Life's like a movie. Write your own ending. Keep believing. Keep pretending. - The Muppets

*In June 2022 we lost the Queen Pig of our lives Digit to bone cancer.  If you knew her, you knew she was an extension of EhrynSka in every possible way for nearly 12 years. Digit was loved by so many, it only seemed fitting to put this wonderful photo of her and this little blurb on the About page, because without Digit, EhrynSka wouldn't have become the woman she is today.

Rest in Peace our Queen. We love you to the stars and back.
